ahhh…scrapbooking again.

it feels awesome to be scrapbooking again…it is so weird…i am like a kid!  i keep thinking, ok…when is the next time i can scrapbook!  when it is your job do something it becomes work, so i have found myself only scrapping if i needed to do a class, a project, or a advertisement.  not this time…this time it is for me!

I know exactly how you feel, Heidi. I’m a newspaper magazine editor and spend much of my day doing layout on a computer screen, hence, digital scrapbooking, which is basically what I do at work, is not for me. I have, at times, found myself avoiding community events because it seems too much like work.

I am so glad you were able to find the joy again in scrapbooking. It is so important to you, your daughters, your family and future generations.

I’m looking forward to future ideas, designs and products! Thank you.

OH my gosh, i can SO RELATE! i’m on a totally whacked out scrappy role right now! it’s almost weird. But i’m really enjoying the process so i can’t complain. i lOVE your new goodies! that minibook is so cute! i tend to avoid doing mini’s but i’m thinking our puyallup fair pictures really need to be made into a mini. 7 kids, huge fair, not exactly amenable to fit on a 2 pg layout! Anyway, keep it up!! hopefully your mojo will stick around a while!!

I just bought some Heidi Grace fabric at Joannes today. I thought I will have to check out and see if she has a blog. I love the designs. Then I found you. I had to read and read before I realized what happened. You are ‘the’ Heidi Grace, you started creating. People saw you, loved your product, signed you on… now you have left and have started a new company called Clever. Did I get that right? I hope so because I dont want to sound ignorant- ha! Anyway. Your girls are beautiful. I have two girls, 3 and 6. And I say exactly what you say about your descriptors of the girls. All true. I enjoy your candidness and your spirit. I am guessing you have a LOT more to offer in the future. I will keep reading. Cheers!

ahhh…I know what you mean! I think I will never do a DT again just for that reason. Once it becomes work, it is so hard to find the joy in it. It needs to be joy first and then the work can flow from thaqt.
